For a non-profit in Connecticut dedicated to rehabilitating ex-inmates and helping them reintegrate into society, I led the web design and development for their new website funded through a state grant. This organization, modeled similarly to AA, provides a support system where individuals can share their experiences and receive assistance. They offer five main programs: Hang Time (the flagship program), Her Time (exclusively for women), Choices (focused on high school and community outreach), Hang Time Mobile, and Scholarships (awarding annual scholarships). My role involved comprehensive content organization, design, and site creation, planning for complex calendar and event system structures to accommodate the various programs they offer unique to their various locations. I managed this project from start to finish, ensuring an effective and cohesive online presence for the organization.
